*Fees are non-refundable and expires in 30 days. If a trip is booked within 30 days of when the price quote was provided, the paid fee will be reimbursed to you after the trip is completed.
GROUP TRAVEL ASSISTANT:
A Group Travel Assistant will travel with the group and act as the Liaison between the Guest Host and the hotel/resort. While on the trip they will assist with issues that may arise with the hotel/resort, to allow the Guest Host and guest to enjoy their trip. Your Group Travel Assistant will assist with check-in and scheduling the transfers (transportation) back to the airport from the hotel/resort, dinner reservations, spa reservations, and booking excursions. You will have your own personal assistant on your trip! We ask you to be respectful and kind towards your Group Travel Assistant. They are there to help you keep the stress down during your trip.
- GROUP SIZE – 10 or more guest
- FEE – $350 per day, Single Room Reservation, Airfare and Activities
- HOURS – 8 am – 7 pm (1 hour lunch break and two 30-minute breaks)
